Welcome to Rockville Chinese School!  Our school has been teaching Chinese as a second language since 1981.  We are dedicated to fostering the love of Chinese language and culture within a warm and inclusive community.

Rockville Chinese School offers:

• Mandarin Chinese language classes for children four years old and older
• Chinese culture and arts classes for children and adults
• Sports classes for children and adults

Located just outside of Washington, DC, our classes are taught at Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, MD.  Join us on Sunday mornings.  Our language classes are conducted by teachers fluent in Mandarin and English.  Students focus on speaking and listening comprehension, as well as reading and writing in traditional Chinese characters. 

In the afternoon, we offer many culture, arts, and sports classes.  For those looking to have fun while staying fit, try one of our sports classes such as Martial Arts, Karate, Tai Chi, Folk Dance, Line Dance, and Basketball.  Several classes are also available during the mornings, such as Adult Chorus, Arts & Crafts, Calligraphy, and Cooking & Sewing.
